Returns & Exchanges


We offer returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

If you have not worn the shoes or slippers, the shoes or slippers show no sign of distress or wear, and they are in their original packaging, you will get a refund minus shipping costs once they are checked back into our system. We refund the full amount of the merchandise cost to your credit card, which normally takes 48 hours on our end, during holidays and weekends it can take a bit longer. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. We process returns in store Monday-Friday.


When we offer PRE-ORDER items, we work with our factory to give you dibs on restocks of the most popular items that our customers are dying to get back in stock! As you know we are a small brand and make our shoes and slippers in small batches. When you purchase on pre-order, your card is charged and your size is SECURED for you. It ships when goods are in, and you receive tracking. Please note, we offer pre-sale as a service to reserve your dream shoe, if we run a promotion after you purchase your pre-sale item, we do not, and cannot apply the discount code retroactively to your purchase. We appreciate your understanding of this policy. 

Also note that you will be responsible for the return shipment and associated shipping costs.

Sale and clearance items are final sale and nonrefundable. Any item which is discounted greater than 30% we consider on clearance and is final sale.

You must print out our Return Authorization email we send back to you and place in the package in order for us to process the return in a timely manner.  We will email you a return label for which you will be responsible for the cost.

Please note we deduct $7.50 from your refund for return shipping costs.

All international returns can be sent back by the cost of the customer any import duties or fees will be subtracted from the final refund.  You must email for an international return authorization number.
